...is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and a Registered Nutritional Consultant, R.N.C. He graduated with a B.Sc. in Biology in 1979, and became one of the first full time registered undergraduates in the field of Naturopathic Medicine. He received a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine in 1987 from one of only five accredited schools offering a four year, full time program in Naturopathic Medicine. Elvis has been in private practice for over 12 years specializing in Chinese Medicine, Nutrition and Sports Medicine.

"My mission is to educate the public, to be a spokesperson for complementary health and wellness options, and through continued research in the field of herbal remedies, bring safe and non-intrusive options into the public domain," says Dr. Ali. He has written numerous articles on nutrition, stress and alternative healing options. Dr. Ali makes numerous radio and TV appearances as he strives in his commitment to increase the health and wellness of every man, woman and child.

Swiss Herbal Remedies retains Dr. Ali as their resident Naturopath with ongoing responsibility for product research and development. He is currently involved in conducting seminars throughout the U.S.A. and Canada.

...is a Registered Medical Assistant, Certified Nutritional Counselor and Chelation Technician. She graduated from Tampa College as a Physician’s Technician in 1975. She lectures, trains and provides consulting services to physicians, dentists and pharmacists in specialized laboratory testing, oral nutritional and IV therapies. She owned a laboratory testing service in Atlanta, Georgia for 8 years. She has worked with all medical specialties in traditional and alternative medicine in the U.S., Canada and Europe.

Pam is President of Preventhium International, Inc., which produces a dl-methionine based nutritional product. Pam is also the US and Canadian representative for Heyltex in Houston, Texas, a division of Heyl Pharm. Fabrik in Berlin, Germany, manufacturer of DMPS, an antidote to toxic metal poisoning.

She is member of the American Registry of Medical Assistants, American Association of Nutritional Consultants, National Association of Compounding Pharmacists, Viet Nam Veterans of America and International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology where she serves as vice-chair of the Anti-toxic Program committee.

Her principal area of interest is heavy metal toxicity. Her motto is, "I’ve seen the science - ban mercury now."

David Garshowitz

...graduated in 1955 with majors in drug manufacturing and hospital pharmacy administration. He is the President of San Pharmacy Limited.

Garshowitz's pharmacies specialize in the compounding of sterile injectable medications, natural hormone replacement therapy medications and preparation of allopathic medications -- integrating mainstream and complementary medicine (supplementation, enzymes, homeopathic remedies...). These pharmacies are information centers for the community, and internationally for health practitioners concerning drug/drug, drug/herb, and herb/herb interactions.

...is a multi-talented scientist (Biochemist) who pioneered the research on: Beta Endorphins, anticancer drugs; Lactobacillus viridescens model system to investigate microbial greening; HPLC analysis of B vitamins; GC-MS drug identification of potential drugs for prostate cancer; and, indoor air quality problems as related to Tight Building Syndrome. He is well known for his research on Stress Management and Wellness and is listed in the International Who's Who of Professional's. Dr. Grant holds two patents on Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) and Liposomal Weight Management spray.

Dr. Grant is the author of over fifty published research articles, and he is noted across North America for his conference presentations and hundreds of public speaking engagements. Dr. Gordon Ko

Dr. Gordon D. Ko, MD, CCFP(EM), FRCPC, FAAPMR, CIME, N.MD.
...is a medical graduate with additional residency training in Family Practice, Emergency Medicine and his current specialty of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (Physiatry). He is an active member of the American Association of Electrodiagnostic Medicine and the Association for Applied Psychophysiology and Biofeedback. He serves on the executive committee for the Association of Orthopaedic Medicine and as advisor/past president for the Chinese Medical Society. Dr. Ko is also on the editorial review board for the Natural Medicine Journal (Fairfax Publications). In addition, he is board certified in the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners and the American Naturopathic Medical Association.

Dr. Ko is currently the medical director for the Center for Integrative Medicine. The facility's specialists practice neurology, physiatry, rheumatology and anaesthesiology working alongside allied health professionals in physiotherapy, psychotherapy, naturopathy, acupuncture and pastoral counseling. This center focuses on integrating conventional and complementary approaches in optimizing health and wellness. Dr. Ko's clinical focus is on electrodiagnosis and multidisciplinary treatment of pain, numbness and/or fatigue disorders.

At Sunnybrook and Women's College Health Sciences Center, Dr. Ko conducts research on complementary medicine for chronic pain, fibromyalgia and neuromuscular disorders with emphasis on acupuncture, biofeedback, naturopathy, and orthopaedic medicine. His peer-reviewed articles have been well received by the medical community. As a respected lecturer and teacher, Dr. Ko is helping the next generation of medical students and residents have a better understanding of their role in the healing process. He is an Associate Professor and Lecturer in the Division of Physiatry, Department of Medicine.

...is a pioneer gynecologist who practices integrative medicine. He graduated medical school in 1969 and received his fellowship in obstetrics and gynecology in 1974. He practiced obstetrics and gynecology for twenty-five years at The Etobicoke General Hospital where, from 1990 to 1994, he was Chief of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
